Brooke knows how to prepare anyone for a musical audition! From helping select a song to cutting the audition piece to practicing actors perfect their song, Brooke not only prepares but gives you the confidence that even if you don’t get the desired role, you have performed a solid audition. She also creates theater resumes and gives feedback on headshots. I feel super confident going into my audition, knowing I’ve done my best, and feeling happy with any outcome.

We just found out tonight that our 10-year old daughter won a lead role in a summer performance. She recently started lessons with brooke and the rapid improvemnt our daughter has shown is incredible. All credit to brooke!

Preparing for musical theater college auditions is like assembling a puzzle with a thousand intricate pieces—each step demanding focus, organization, and a bit of luck. But working with miss Brooke turned that chaos into something I could navigate with confidence. She saw beyond the usual advice and really tuned into what I needed to make my pieces distinctively mine. She crafted a dance combo specific to what I could confidently perform. She connected me with another broadway professional, who I got to perform my audition cut songs in front of, and received critiques before sending them in for review. She chose monologues that felt like captured my style and helped to dissect every layer until they felt lived-in, real, and unapologetically bold. 

But more than the tangible help, it’s her presence and unshakeable belief in my potential that’s left the biggest impact. She brought this constant energy of, “You’ve got this”, and “I’m here with you”, which made me feel like anything was possible. That quiet assurance she carries with her turned this process from stressful to transformative. And knowing she’s already woven into the fabric of NYC makes my future there feel a little more like home. I couldn’t be more grateful for her mentorship and friendship—both now and for the road ahead.
